Privacy

Short version: we collect what we need to serve your food and answer your messages, we don’t sell it, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect, and why

• Forms you send us (truck bookings, catering orders, the catering list, contact messages): your name, email, phone, event details and anything you write. We use these to reply and to run your event or order. They go to events@rechargedistrict.com or fady@rechargedistrict.com and a confirmation is emailed to you.
• Online ordering is handled by Toast, our point-of-sale provider. When you order ahead, Toast’s privacy statement applies to your order and payment. We never see or store your card number.
• Site usage: we count page views and button clicks (for example how many people tapped “Order ahead” or opened a menu). These counts have no cookies, no account and no personal data attached; we record the day, the button and whether it was a phone or a computer.
• Email is sent through Resend. Your address is used only to send you the message you asked for.

What we don’t do

• No advertising trackers, no selling or sharing your information with data brokers.
• No cookies for tracking. The back office uses a session token on our own device only.
• No marketing emails or texts unless you opt in.

Insiders membership

To order ahead, you confirm your mobile number with a one-time code. We keep your number, the name and email you give us, when you joined, and a record of what you agreed to. Texts about popups and offers are sent only if you tick that box, and only until you reply STOP. Emails are sent only if you tick the email box; every one has an unsubscribe link. Confirmation codes are sent through Twilio. We don’t share your number with anyone else, and we never sell it.

Rewards, app and notifications (as they launch)

When our rewards program and mobile app launch, joining will be optional. We will ask for your consent before sending push notifications, texts or marketing emails, and every message will include a way to stop. Texts are sent only to numbers that opted in; reply STOP to end them. Rewards balances and order history will be tied to the phone number or email you sign up with.

Keeping and deleting

Booking and order records are kept for our bookkeeping. Message a request to events@rechargedistrict.com or call (206) 876-0221 and we will delete your details, correct them, or tell you what we hold.

Kids

Our website and app are not aimed at children under 13 and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll update the date above and, if you have an account with us, let you know.
